- Passionately, I managed and consulted for restaurants for almost 10 years.
- This passion led to the founding of an event staffing business in 2013. Every year, I added more services and in time, event planning and consulting proved to be my “Blue Topaz” endeavor.
- Through the years, I began planning friends parties, weddings, and found a niche with Non-Profit Fundraisers. I have been honored to have coordinated over 200 events in 10 years.
- My goal is to help you create a seamless “brilliant, unique & sparkling” event.

Wine Basics 101
- In this unique class, you and your guests will learn the basics about wine, how wine is produced, different styles of wine, how to open, serve & taste wine.
- Classes are approximately 2 hours long with a 15 minute break built in.
- Interactive, fun and informative.
- Great for girls nights, couples events, birthdays, parties, team building, staff training or just for fun!
- $25.00 per person. 4 guests minimum. 10 guests maximum.
- Includes wine and glassware for tasting.
